Workshop: Soil Quality Challenges in Malaysian and Indonesian Oil Palm Plantations

The Soil Quality Challenges in Malaysian and Indonesian Oil Palm Plantations workshop was held at Crops For the Future from 2 – 3 March 2017.

The workshop brought together experienced UK, Malaysian and Indonesian plant and soil scientists and soil microbiologists, aimed at supporting and enhancing the long-term sustainability and productivity of agricultural practices in Southeast Asia through improved understanding of soil quality and soil functioning. The workshop was co-organised by CFF and the Centre for Ecology & Hydrology (CEH), and funded by CEH and the University of Warwick.
