CONNECT Project: Postharvest processing of moringa leaves

In this episode of the #CONNECTProject series, we look at the postharvest processing of moringa (Moringa oleifera) leaves. They were harvested from our Field Research Centre and processed (washed, dried and ground to powder) at our laboratory in preparation for food development.
The #CONNECTProject is unique in that it is analyses the nutritional components of the bambara groundnut seeds and moringa leaves - from farm to table.
